The Warming Yang method in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases can be divided into warming yang,dispelling wind,dispelling cold and removing dampness;warming and tonifying the five Zang organs;warming meridians,dredging dampness and dispersing blood stasis;warming yang and solidifying extinction,stopping bleeding;and returning yang to relieve adverse effects.In clinical use of Warming Yang method,doctors should distinguish cold and heat deficiency and excess,adjust measures according to time and place,master rational drug compatibility and choose appropriate decoction method.
