摘要
国际知名数学教育家蔡金法教授,在访问中谈到职前数学教师的培养及职后数学教师的培训、卓越教师的专业成长、英才教育、元认知、认知与非认知因素等数学教育热点问题.蔡教授认为:应加强培养职前教师的反思意识和合作意识;成为一名卓越教师要先具备以下3点素质:对数学有兴趣、对教学有热情、关爱学生;可以用"天赋+环境"的模式培养英才生;同时,要重视学生的非认知因素方面的培养.
During the interview of the world-known mathematics educator,professor Jinfa Cai,he mentioned several hot issues in mathematics education,such as cultivation for pre-service mathematics teachers as well as training for in-service mathematics,professional development for excellent teachers,elites education,meta-cognitive,cognitive and social-emotional factors.In his opinion,more attention should be given to the awareness of reconsideration and cooperation for cultivating pre-service teachers.According to him,three qualities are necessary to be an excellent teacher: first,you should be interested in mathematics; second,you should be enthusiastic about mathematics; third,you should care about students.The "talent plus environment" model can be used to cultivate elites; meanwhile,you should attach importance to the cultivation of social-emotional factors of students.
