摘要
通过3个典型数学课例的分析,揭示出反思型数学教师具有的5点教学特质.(1)善于换位思考,知晓与理解学生的困惑并力求解答学生的困惑.(2)理解"顺应学习"比"同化学习"复杂,力求设计使"新知识顺应学生"的自然教学思路.(3)喜欢数学、钻研数学,追求对数学知识的深刻理解,善于将自己对数学知识的深刻理解转化为个性化的教学行为.(4)具有强烈的好奇心,在教学中善于提出"为什么这样"的元认知问题.(5)始终视自己为关于"如何学会数学教学"的成人学习者.
There were 5 teaching characteristics of mathematic Reflective Teachers by analysing 3 kind of typical mathematic lessons,as follows:(1)They were good at thinking from different points of view,know more about their students’confusion and help them get out of trouble.(2)They understand that“Adaptation learning”was more complex than“Assimilative learning”,so they strive to design more natural teaching ideas that new knowledge could correspond with students.(3)They are found of and dig into mathematic study,they also pursue a deep understanding of mathematics and transform it into individualized teaching behavior.(4)They had strong sense of curiosity and prefer to raise some metacognition question,such as,“Why is it that…?”(5)They always regard themselves as adult learners who learn how to teach mathematic.
