摘要
介绍美国和其他国家STEM教育发展的历史,通过聚焦《国际STEM教育学报》创刊5年来的发展,分析揭示了STEM教育研究不仅在学术文章发表上,而且在读者群的国际扩展中,都展示了STEM教育过去5年在国际范围内的快速发展并成长为一个国际化领域.
This article provides a brief history of STEM education development in the United States and beyond,and then highlights its dramatic and international development over the past five years illustrated by the case of one international journal’s publication and readership development,and concludes with a brief instruction about the structure and content of follow-up four articles included in this collection.
