与科研相结合的微生物学综合设计性实验探索 被引量:6

摘要 传统的微生物学实验教学是验证式的知识传输过程,不利于学生对基本技能的掌握。探索与科研相结合的综合设计性实验,对学生掌握知识以及培养创新能力有着积极的意义。通过设定科研课题,以开放实验的形式,学生自由申报,自行设计和安排实验计划,鼓励学生进行科研联想,从解决实际问题出发,在实验过程中掌握知识并感受微生物科研。实践证明,与科研相结合的综合设计性微生物学实验教学方法可提高学生的学习兴趣,激发学生的主观能动性,培养学生的创新能力,为培养高素质的人才打下基础。 The traditional teaching of microbiology experiments,with which the students only do some'confirmatory experiments',is not conducive to students’ grasping the basic skills. It is very important to take the comprehensive and designed experiments for students to learn the knowledge and culture their innovation ability. The experiments were set up by the teachers as open experiments,so all students can apply based on their interest. Students were encouraged to do scientific researches to resolve actual problems by themselves including designing the experiments and experimental schedules. Practice indicated that taking the comprehensive and designed experiments of microbiology can improve students’ learning interest,stimulate students’ initiative,and cultivate students’ innovation ability. The reform laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of talents.
