护理学专业基础医学课程整合与教学效果评价 被引量:14

Integration of basic medical curriculum and evaluation of teaching effect in nursing specialty

摘要 对护理学专业基础医学课程整合进行探讨,结合护理岗位的工作需要,将生理学、病理学与病理生理学、药理学课程中的循环、呼吸、泌尿三个系统的相关章节进行重组整合,开设基础医学综合课程,在16级3班开展试点教学,通过wilcoxon配对秩和检验对整合课程成绩与未整合内容分科成绩进行分析,整合课程成绩优于未整合课程成绩,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),教学效果调查问卷结果显示学生对整合课程教学的评价较好。 This paper discusses the integration of basic medical courses of nursing specialty. An integrated course was set up based on related chapters of three systems( circulation,respiration and urology) in three courses( physiology,pathology and pathophysiology,pharmacology course). Pilot teaching was carried out in Class 3,Grade 2016 and test scores were analyzed by Wilcoxon paired rank and test. The results showed scores of the integrated course was better than those of non-integrated course;the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The teaching effect questionnaire showed that students had favorable comments on integrated course teaching.
