国内高压氧联合中成药治疗前部缺血性视神经病变Meta分析

Evaluation of domestic clinical research for hyperbaric oxygen combined with Chinese medicine treatment in anterior ischemic optic neuropathy:a Meta analysis

目的系统评价国内高压氧联合改善微循环中成药治疗前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)的临床效果。方法随机对照试验(RCT)的Meta分析。计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库和中国期刊全文数据库,并辅以手工检索相关书籍、期刊和会议论文及其参考文献,按照纳入和排除标准筛选国内评价高压氧联合改善微循环中成药治疗AION的RCT。对纳入的RCT进行数据提取后,采用Jadad评分量表进行质量评价,评分3分以上进入最终研究,分析高压氧联合改善微循环中成药治疗AION的疗效。采用Review Manager 4.2软件进行统计学分析,变量采用比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)表示。结果单个RCT结果表明,联合高压氧治疗组效果优于单纯药物治疗组,Meta分析结果显示:高压氧联合改善微循环中成药治疗AION有效率高于单纯使用改善微循环中成药,无效率低于单纯使用改善微循环中成药(P<0.01)。结论高压氧联合改善微循环中成药治疗AION疗效优于单纯改善微循环中成药。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Chinese medicine treat-ment in anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AION) in China .Methods This was a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCT ) .A computerized search was conducted in the Chinese Biomedical Database and Chinese Journal Full-Text Database combined with manually searching of bibliographies of pertinent articles ,journals and literature reference proceedings .RCT on hyperbaric oxygen combined with Chinese medicine treatment in AION was selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria .After the data extraction ,methodological quality assess-ment of RCT that were included using the Jadad scale .The hyperbaric oxygen combined with improve microcircu-lation traditional Chinese medicine is the treatment group ,and improved microcirculation traditional Chinese medi-cine is control group .The statistical analysis was performed by Review Manager 4 .2 .The weighted mean difference (WMD)with95% confidenceinterval(CI)wascalculatedforcontinuousvariable ,andoddsratio(OR)with95%CI for dichotomous variable .Results The single RCT showed that treatment group was better than control group . Mmeta-analysis :the efficacy of treatment group was higher than that in control group ,and the inefficiency was lower than that in control group .Conclusion The efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with improved microcir-culation Chinese traditional medicine treatment is better.
