黄葵胶囊治疗狼疮肾炎疗效观察

Effects of Huangkui capsule on treatment of patients with lupus nephritis

目的研究黄葵胶囊对Ⅲ~Ⅴ型狼疮肾炎(LN)的疗效。方法 56例Ⅲ~Ⅴ型LN患者,所有入选患者均行肾活检,随机分为2组,试验组28例,对照组28例,对照组给予中等量激素(泼尼松1mg·kg-1·d-1)、辛伐他汀调脂、贝那普利降低蛋白尿、奥美拉唑护胃等一般治疗,其中Ⅳ~Ⅴ型LN患者开始3d予甲泼尼松龙(10mg·kg-1·d-1)连续冲击治疗3d,后定期每月予环磷酰胺(0.8~1.0g)静脉冲击治疗1次,连续8次。试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用黄葵胶囊治疗。6个月后复查试验组和对照组各项实验室指标并比较分析。结果试验组总体治疗有效率(93%)高于对照组(71%)(P<0.05),治疗后试验组血脂、尿蛋白定量(24h)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血浆白蛋白(ALB)及补体C3均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊治疗LN有效,有明显改善作用。

Objective To study the effects of Huangkui capsule on the treatment of type Ⅲ-Ⅴ lupus ne-phritis(LN) patients.Methods Fifty-six patients of type Ⅲ-Ⅴ LN were randomly divided into two groups ,each group had 28 cases .The control group patients were treated with prednisone (1 mg · kg -1 · d-1 ) ,simvastatin , benazepril and omeprazole and type Ⅳ-Ⅴ LN patients were given methylprednisolone (10 mg · kg -1 · d-1 ) pound treatment for three days and cyclophosphamide (0 .8-1 .0)g vein injection every month for 8 months .The experi-mental group patients were added Huangkui capsule treatment additionally .The laboratory indexes were measured at baseline and 4 weeks after treatment .Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (93% )was higher than that of the control group (71% )( P<0 .05) .The level of lipid ,24 h urine protein and ESR of the ex-perimental group were obviously reduced than those of the control group ( P<0 .05) ,and the level of ALB and C3 of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion Huangkui capsule treatment for LN patients is effective.
