康复护理干预对阑尾炎患者治疗及康复效果的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on treatment and rehabilitation of patients with appendicitis

目的探讨康复护理对阑尾炎患者治疗及康复效果产生的影响。方法选择78例2017年2月至2018年2月入院接受治疗的阑尾炎患者,分为2组,常规组患者常规护理,研究组再加施康复护理干预,观察2组患者治疗及康复效果。结果研究组患者术后首次肛门排气、下床活动以及住院时间均短于常规组,平均住院费用少于常规组(P<0.05);研究组干预后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率为95%,显著高于常规组的77%,并发症总发生率为8%,显著低于常规组的31%(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎手术治疗患者围术期加强康复护理干预,可有效提高总体治疗效果,减少并发症,缩短患者术后康复时间,减少其住院费用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with appendicitis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with appendicitis admitted to hospital in February 2017-February 2018 were divided into 2 groups, 39 cases in each group. The patients in the routine group were given rou-tine nursing, while the study group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention. The treatment and rehabilitation ef-fects of the 2 groups were observed. Results Postoperative anal exhaust, ambulation and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group,average cost of hospitalization was signifi-cantly less than that of the routine group(P<0.05);The scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05), the total effective rate was 95%, which was significantly higher than 77% in the conventional group,the total incidence of complications was 8%, significantly lower than 31% of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with appendicitis surgery can effectively improve the overall treatment effect, reduce complications, shorten postoperative recovery time and reduce hospitalization expenses.
