降钙素原 高敏C反应蛋白在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的价值 被引量：10

摘要 败血症是临床上常见新生儿危重症,也是新生儿死亡重要因素,通过长期临床实践验证,早期对新生儿败血症进行准确诊断,为其及时提供有效治疗是降低其病死率的关键,目前临床上对于该疾病主要通过血培养进行诊断,该诊断方式虽可准确诊断新生儿败血症,但其所耗费的时间较长,容易导致患儿错过最佳治疗时期,死亡风险增高[1]。近年来,在新生儿败血症诊断中提出通过观察其生化指标对其进行早期诊断[2].
