法乐四联症外科治疗82例分析

目的:总结法乐四联症(TOF)根治术的临床经验。方法:分析82例法乐四联症患者的临床资料,男51例、女31例,年龄5个月至49岁。所有患者均行根治手术。结果:住院死亡5例,病死率为6%。4例死于低心排出量综合征,1例死于灌注肺。结论:准确的根治手术的适应证和完善的矫治可使法乐四联症取得满意的治疗结果。

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of radical operation for tetralogy of Fallot in 82 patients in the last 7 years. Methods:82 patients suffered from TOF had underwent surgical operation from March 2001 to December 2007. there were 51 males and 31 females ranging in age from 5 months to 49 years among them. All the patients had been treated with radical operation. Results:There were 5 postoperative deaths(6%). 4 cases died of low cardiac output,1 case died of perfusion lung. Conclusion:Exact indication of radical operation and perfect surgical treatment are the keys to achieve satisfactive clinical outcome.
