Due to the impact of traditional ideas,lack of law- making,and the differences of thinking of the staff in practical department,there is bias in the use of illegal evidence. It is of great significance for the correct application of illegal evidence to reform of the judicial system,improve relevant supporting system,and make clear the connotation and scope of the illegal evidence.
