为进一步加强司法便民工作,深入贯彻落实民事诉讼法和相关司法解释的规定,切实提高办案效率,山东省阳谷县法院依照民事诉讼法、民事诉讼法司法解释和《最高人民法院关于适用简易程序审理民事案件的若干规定》,结合工作实际,积极探索便民型司法机制,更加公正高效地实现、维护和发展人民群众的合法权益。

In order to strengthen judicial convenience work,thoroughly implement the provisions of the civil procedure law and the relevant judicial interpretation,and effectively improve the efficiency of cases handling,Yanggu County People's Court of Shandong actively explores the convenience- type justice mechanisms,implements,maintains and develops the legitimate rights and interests of the people more equitably and efficiently according to the civil procedure law,its judicial interpretation,and'Several Provisions of Supreme People's Court on the Application of Summary Procedures in the Trial of Civil Cases'combined with practical work.
