基层检察院检务督察工作之完善

Improvement of Grass- Roots Procuratorate's Implementation of Procuratorial Supervision

当前检察机关检务督查方面存在机构设置不完善、人员配备不到位、职权授予不合法、内容设定不合理、职能定位不准确、结果运用欠刚性等六个方面的问题,文章结合检务督查工作应当实现的目标与效果,从完善体制、健全制度、依法履职三方面提出了完善的具体措施,以期更好地推动检务督查工作的开展与实施。

There are many problems in the procuratorial supervision of procuratorial organs such as inadequate institutional settings,staffing not in place,illegal authority,unreasonable content setting,inaccurate positioning functions,and lax results using. Combining the objectives and effects of procuratorial supervision,the author provides some measures to remedy the current deficiencies through improving the system and performing their duties in accordance with law so as to better promote the development and implementation of the procuratorial supervision.
