摘要
目的:探讨瘤相关易栓症炎症因子表达与凝血功能的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年4月共72例肿瘤患者临床资料,探讨其炎症因子(IL-1β、IL-18和TNF-α)和凝血指标(PT、APTT、TF和CP)的相关性。结果:急性白血病、非霍奇金淋巴瘤、肺癌治疗前后,凝血功能指标(PT、APTT、TF和CP)和炎症因子(IL-1β、IL-18和TNF-α)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与急性白血病、非霍奇金淋巴瘤、肺癌治疗后的以上指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TF和IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α,CP和TNF-α存在明显相关性(P<0.05);而CP和IL-1β、IL-18则无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:瘤相关易栓症中炎症因子(IL-1β、CP和IL-18)及凝血指标(PT、APTT、TF和CP)均呈高表达性,炎症因子促进TF和CP表达,造成凝血功能紊乱。
Objective: To investigate the tumor- associated thrombophilia expression of inflammatory cytokines and coagulation relevance. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 72 cancer patients was performed,observe its relevance in the inflammatory cytokines IL- 1β,IL- 18 and TNF- α and coagulation PT,APTT clotting. Results: The treatment of acute leukemia,non- Hodgkin’s lymphoma,lung cancer in coagulation parameters PT,APTT,TF,CP and inflammatory cytokines IL- 1β,IL- 18,TNF- α difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Control group and the treatment of acute leukemia,non- Hodgkin’s lymphoma,lung cancer index difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). TF and IL- 1β,IL- 18,TNF- α,CP and TNF- α were significantly correlated( P < 0. 05). CP and IL- 1β,CP and IL- 18 had no correlation( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The tumor- associated thrombophilia inflammatory cytokines IL- 1β,CP and IL- 18,coagulation PT,APTT,TF,CP showed a high expression of inflammatory factors promoting the expression of TF and CP,causing blood clotting disorders.
