摘要 目的:探讨δ-catenin在肝细胞癌中的表达情况,以及与肝细胞癌临床病理因素的关系。方法:利用免疫组化、Western blot和RT-PCR等方法检测分析肝癌组织及癌旁正常肝组织中δ-catenin的表达情况。结果:δ-catenin在正常肝细胞的胞浆呈阴性表达,而在肝细胞癌组织中δ-catenin表达增高。δ-catenin的阳性表达可出现在恶性程度较高(高临床分期,低分化,肝外转移及门脉癌栓)的病例中。结论:δ-catenin可促进肝细胞癌的恶性表型。 Objective: To investigate the expression of δ- catenin in hepatocellular carcinoma,and the relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods: The expression of δ- catenin in liver cancer tissue and adjacent normal liver tissue was examined by using immunohistochemistry,Western blot and RT- PCR. Results: The expression of δ-catenin in the cytoplasm of normal liver cells was negative,while the expression of δ- catenin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was increased. δ- catenin positive expression appeared in the cases of higher degree of malignancy( high clinical stage,poor differentiation,extrahepatic metastasis and portal cancerous thrombus). Conclusion: δ- catenin can promote the malignant phenotype of hepatocellular carcinoma.
