不同年龄子宫内膜癌患者肿瘤分级及ER、PR、p53、CD44V6表达差异 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究不同年龄组子宫内膜癌病理分级的差别,以及ER、PR、p53、CD44V6在不同年龄组子宫内膜癌患者病理组织中的表达差异。方法:回顾2010年1月到2015年1月我院收治的初诊子宫内膜癌患者的病例资料142例。所有子宫内膜癌病理组织标本按照患者年龄分为三组:<50岁40例,5060岁58例,>60岁44例。参照FIGO 1989年病理分级标准严格分级。免疫组化法检测不同年龄段子宫内膜癌组织中ER、PR、p53以及CD44V6表达的差异。结果:年龄小于50岁患者95.0%为高分化腺癌(G1),而大于60岁患者59.1%为低分化腺癌。小于50岁患者少数子宫内膜癌组织内高表达ER(2.5%)及p53(5%),多数高表达PR(42.5%)。与之相反,大于60岁患者多数子宫内膜癌组织内高表达ER(50.0%)及p53(15.9%),少数高表达PR(15.9%)。CD44V6虽然在三个年龄组间表达存在显著差异(P<0.05),但这种差异并不随年龄变化而呈现明显增高或降低趋势。结论:大于60岁子宫内膜癌患者肿瘤组织分级升高,分化程度明显降低,子宫内膜癌组织中ER及p53表达显著增加,而PR表达显著减少。 Objective: To compare the pathological stage,the expressions of ER,PR,p53 and CD44V6 in different age groups of human endometrial cancer tissue. Methods: The clinical data of 142 endometrial cancer patients treated with surgery was analyzed from January 2010 to January 2015. The data was divided into < 50,50 ~ 60 and > 60 years old groups. All endometrial pathological sections were classified by pathologist,according to FIGO 1988. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of ER,PR,p53 protein and CD44V6 protein among different age groups in the endometrial cancer tissue. Results: 95. 0% patients in < 50 years old group were G_1,on the contrary 59. 1% patients in the > 60 years old group were G_3. ER,PR and p53 expressions in the < 50 years old group were 2. 5%,42. 5% and 5%,in the > 60 years old group were 50%,15. 9% and 15. 9%. CD44V6 expressions were diverse in the different age groups,but were not markedly related to age. Conclusion: Tumor stages are positively related to the age. The expressions of ER,p53 protein increased,while the expressions of PR decreased in > 60 years old group. The patient over 60 years old are more likely to develop poorly- differentiated carcinomas.
