同步放化疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗中晚期宫颈癌

The clinical effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemoradiation on advanced cervical cancer

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液在宫颈癌患者同步放化疗中的临床疗效、不良反应。方法:选取2010年3月至2013年3月我科住院的Ⅱ_b-Ⅲ_b期局部晚期宫颈癌患者60例,随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例。两组均采用同步放化疗综合治疗,实验组在常规同步放化疗基础上予复方苦参注射液20ml,每日一次,四周一疗程。比较两组近期疗效、不良反应、生活质量等指标的差异。结果:实验组和对照组有效率分别为93.3%和90.0%,两组比较无统计学差异(P=0.970)。实验组KPS评分比对照组有明显改善(P<0.01)。实验组放化疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ度不良反应较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合同步放化疗可以明显减轻放化疗的不良反应,改善患者一般状态,提高患者生存质量。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and side effects of compound Kushen injection combined with chemoradiation in patients with cervical cancer. Methods: A total of 60 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of control group were given chemoradiation. The experimental group were given chemoradiation,and treated with compound Kushen injection 20 ml intravenous infusion once daily for 4weeks for a course. Efficacy and toxicities and quality of life were reviewed. Results: The rate of overall response( CR+ PR) was not different between two groups,93. 3 % vs 90. 0%( P = 0. 970). The effective rate of KPS score in the experimental group was significantly higher than in control group( P < 0. 01). The incidence rate of chemoradiation adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Compound Kushen injection combined chemoradiation could reduce adverse reactions,improve patient general condition,and improve the quality of life.
