摘要 黏附斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase,FAK)作为胞质内一种非受体酪氨酸激酶,参与胞内多条信号通路的转导,近年来,随着人们对FAK的逐渐了解,大量研究表明FAK与细胞失巢凋亡密切相关,并参与调控失巢凋亡。本文针对近年来FAK对恶性肿瘤的抗失巢凋亡作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述。 Focal adhesion kinase( FAK) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase in cell involved in several cellular signaling pathways. In recent years,many studies show that FAK was closely related to anoikis and participated in regulating it. This paper reviews the research progress of FAK on the anoikis resistance of malignant tumor and its mechanism in recent years.
