摘要 目的:分析Cat B、p53在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取我院2012年4月至2017年4月期间存档的54例胶质瘤石蜡标本以及同期存档的54正常脑组织标本作为研究对象。采用免疫组化SP法测量两组样本中Cat B、p53蛋白表达水平的差异,观察Cat B、p53蛋白在不同级别脑胶质瘤组织中的表达,分析其相关性。结果:胶质瘤组织中p53、Cat B蛋白阳性表达率显著高于正常脑组织(P<0.01);且不同级别胶质瘤组织中Cat B蛋白阳性表达率显著高于p53蛋白(P<0.01);随着恶性程度增加p53和Cat B蛋白表达量明显上调,差异显著(H=17.343,8.053;P<0.01);经Spearman相关性分析显示:Cat B、p53蛋白与肿瘤的恶性程度均呈正相关(r=0.701,0.714;P<0.01);Cat B与p53蛋白在胶质瘤中表达呈正相关(r=0.703,P<0.05)。结论:Cat B、p53蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中均存在不同程度阳性表达,且与其恶性程度呈正相关,Cat B与p53蛋白在胶质瘤组织中呈正相关。Cat B蛋白对于胶质瘤早期诊断具有重要意义。 Objective:To analyze the significance of the expression of Cat B,p53 in gliomas.Methods:54 paraffin specimens of glioma and 54 normal brain tissues were collected from April 2012 to April 2017 in our hospital.SP immunohistochemical method was used to measure the difference of the expression of Cat B and p53 protein in the two groups,and to observe the expression of Cat B and p53 protein in gliomas of different grades,and to analyze its correlation.Results:The positive expression rate of p53 and Cat B protein in gliomas was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of Cat B protein in gliomas of different grades was significantly higher than that of p53 protein(P<0.01).The expression rate of p53 and Cat B protein was increased significantly with the increase of malignant degree,and the difference was significant(H=17.343,8.053,P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Cat B,p53 protein and malignant degree of the tumor(r=0.701,0.714,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between Cat B and p53 protein in gliomas(r=0.703,P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of Cat B and p53 protein was found in gliomas to varying degrees,and they have a positive correlation with the degree of malignancy.There is a positive correlation between Cat B and p53 protein in gliomas.Cat B protein is of great importance for early diagnosis of glioma.
