摘要
研究证明生物节律会影响生物的正常生理过程,如细胞周期和激素分泌。近年来生物节律已逐渐应用于肿瘤的治疗中,将生物时间节律与放射治疗结合的治疗方式称之为时辰放疗。该治疗的方式是以生物节律为基础,在肿瘤细胞与正常细胞放射敏感性的最佳时机给予放疗以达到不减低疗效的情况下降低毒副反应,延长患者生存率、提高生活质量。时辰放疗是否在增加放疗敏感性、减轻毒副反应、提高疗效及生存率等方面优越于常规放疗?相关研究国内外较少报道,本文就时辰放疗在临床应用进展作一综述,为时辰放疗这种治疗方式是否能作为恶性肿瘤更有效的放射治疗模式提供研究数据及新的思路。
Studies have shown that biological rhythms affect the normal physiological processes of organisms such as cell cycle and hormone secretion.In recent years,biological rhythm has been gradually applied to the treatment of tumors.The combination of biological time rhythm and radiation therapy is called chronoradiotherapy.The method of treatment is based on biological rhythm.Radiotherapy is given at the best timing of radiosensitivity of tumor cells and normal cells to lower toxicities without reducing efficacy,to prolong survival and improve quality of life.Does chronoradiotherapy be superior to conventional radiotherapy in increasing radiotherapy sensitivity,reducing toxic side effects,improving efficacy,and survival?The related researches are less reported at home and abroad.This article reviews the progress of clinical application of chronoradiotherapy in time and provides research data and new ideas for whether chronoradiotherapy can be a more effective radiation therapy model for malignant tumors.
