The Basic Structure of Social Memory Reproduction

社会记忆再生产是对社会记忆进行一系列施加影响的行为、过程和结果。从再生产角度开展社会记忆研究,可以深化社会记忆资源、再生产过程、再生产结果之间的关联性思考,建构整体性分析框架,同时有助于分析社会记忆的生产、加工、分配和消费行为。社会记忆再生产的基本结构,可以解析为形式再生产、内容再生产、意义再生产。其中,形式再生产是对记忆事项存在形式的再次转化,内容再生产是对记忆事项内容的重新叙述,意义再生产是对记忆事项意义的时代阐释。它们各具特点,并由此呈现出诸多复杂的社会记忆研究问题。

Social memory reproduction is a series of behaviors, processes and results that affect the extraction,activation,coding,reconstruction,presentation,communication,control and utilization of social memory. Social memory research from the perspective of reproduction may deepen the correlative thinking about social memory resources(materials),reproduction process and reproduction results;it may also help construct a holistic analysis framework and analyze the production,processing and distribution(sharing) and consumer behavior of social memory. The basic structure of social memory reproduction can be broken down into form reproduction,content reproduction and meaning reproduction.Form reproduction is the re-transformation of the existence form of the memory events;content reproduction is a re-narration of the content of the memory events;meaning reproduction is an up-to-date interpretation of the memory events. Each of the three aspects has its own characteristics and thus presents various complex social memory research issues.
