香猪消化系统发育与功能变化的研究

A Study of Development and Functional Change of Alimentary System in Xiang Pigs

对34头同窝或同日龄不同窝初生、10、20、30、90、150、210日龄香猪进行剖杀,测定体重、体长、胃肠重量及肠长度,并测定消化液pH变化。初生、30、150、210日龄时体重分别为:0.5、2.5、8.5和14kg。初生时,体长与肠长的比例为1∶17,30日龄内仔猪胃和小肠增长速率最快,之后随饲喂粗料增加而使大肠长度及重量明显增加。初生—30日龄、胃液pH3.0-6.0,30-210日龄时变动在1.5-5.0之间,胆汁pH6.0-7.0,肠道其它部位pH变动在弱酸和弱碱之间。

34 Xiang Pigs, aged 1, 10, 20, 30, 90, 150 and 210 days o1d, were dissected and the body length, the length of intestine, body weight and the weight of stomach and intestine were measured. The changes of pH in the digestive juice were recorded. The results showed that the body weight of the pig was 0.5 kg at birth, 2.5 kg at 30 days old, 8.5 kg at 150 days old and 14 kg at 210 days old. The rate of the body length to the intestine length was 1 to 17 at birth. The growing speed of stomach and small intestine was quite fast before 30 days old, but alter 30 days old the weight and the length of large intestine incrcased rapidly duc to taking large amount of roughage. The pH in the stomach juice varied from 3.0 to 6.0 during the first 30 days and 1.5 to 5.0 during 31 to 210 days old. The pH of bilc was 6.0 to 7.0. The pH fluetuated from weak acidity to weak alkalinity in the intestine.
