摘要
随着社会的进步与发展,食品的营养强化越来越受到人们的关注和重视。尽管我国的食品营养强化工作起步较晚,但发展很快,特别是随着改革开放的步伐和国际化、标准化事业的加快,无论从许可使用的食品营养强化剂品种和实际应用的强化食品看,现在均已和发达国家基本一致。但也应充分认识到我国改善公众营养状况的工作仍是艰巨的任务,在今后一个时期内,以食物强化为工作的切入点,并从铁强化入手,随后是对面粉和食用油及2岁以前儿童辅助食品的普遍强化。总之,食品的营养强化是提高公众营养水平、促进社会经济发展的重要途径。
Food nutrition fortification is the important way to improve the public nutrition. With the rapid development of food and food additive industry, food nutrition fortification in China has made great progress in recent years. The varieties of food nutrition enhancers and its applications in food have been identified with the developed countries. But there are still a lot of work to do for improving the public nutrition. Now a days,China is putting into practise on iron fortification. And The nutrition fortification plan on flour, edible oil and infant food will ble carried out.
