摘要
从胶辊上车工艺、制作工艺及维护保养工艺入手,详细对比分析了J463与WRC965两种表面不处理胶辊在摇架、隔距块、上销等选择及磨砺周期、回磨次数等诸多方面的不同,可作为纺制高档色织用纱工艺的参考。
Starting with the processes of cots operation,manufacturing and maintenance,comprehensive introduction is done to the two non-surface treatment cots regarding selection of the cradles,spacing block, top cradles as well as grinding intervals and regrinding intervals,which is for info of spinning hi-quality colored yarn.
