To Further Promote the Application of HACCP in Our Agri-food Industry

本文阐述了发展我国农产品深加工食品工业的意义,分析了国内外食品安全现状,介绍了危害分析与关键控制点技术(hazard analyses and critical control point,HACCP)的概念、作用、在国际国内推行的情况,提出了在我国农产品深加工食品工业中进一步推动HACCP应用的必要性。

The significance of developing the agri-food industry was expounded,the international and domestic situation of food safe was analysed,the concept, effect and carrying condition of hazard analyses and critical control point(HACCP) was introduced,and the necessariness to further promote the application of HACCP in our agri-food industry was put forward in this paper.
