摘要
本文建立了一种用高效液相色谱法测定棉籽饼粕中棉籽糖的简便快捷的方法,其色谱条件为:80:20(V/V)乙腈:水为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为35℃,并在该条件下测得了棉籽饼粕中棉籽糖的含量为5.11％。
In this report, a simple and reliable HPLC method has been developed for the determination of raffinose in cottonseed cake. A Lichrosorb NH2 column and an MeCN-water solvent (80/20, by vol) at a flow rate of 1. 0ml/min were used for the separation,and the temperature of the column was 35℃.In the above condition,the content of raffinose in cottonseed cake was determined by 5.11 % .
