摘要
水泵通用试验台由江苏机电排灌工程研究所自行设计、施工、安装和调试。该试验台除进行水泵试验外,还可进行水泵装置试验。本文介绍试验台水力系统、量测系统、数据自动采集处理系统的组成及其设计思想、性能参数、主要设备的选择和试验台的精度分析等。
The gencral—purpose laboratory for pump was desigred and constructed by Jiangsu Engineering Institute of Pumping Drainage and Irringation. The laboratory is used to test not only pump, but also pumping equipment. The laboratory consists of the hydraulic system, the measuring system and the data aequisition and processing system. Their formation, design purpose, performance parameter and selection of the main equipment are illuminated. The accuracy analysis of the laboratory is also dealt with.
