在化工过程中,包括化学品、工艺技术、化工设备以及操作流程等的变更管理是安全管理体系的重要内容。通过有效的变更管理,企业能够尽可能减少和杜绝变更所引发的安全事故,推动自身的可持续发展。一旦管理不当,将可能引发重大安全事故。对我国化工行业变更管理的内涵、目的和现状进行了分析,提出了化工过程变更管理的有效措施,希望能够为化工企业的生产安全管理提供一些参考。

In the process of chemical engineering,management of change is an important part of safety management system, including chemicals, process technology, chemical equipment and operation process.Management of change occurred to meet the needs of enterprises. Through effective management of change,companies can minimize and put an end to safety accidents caused by the change, promoting the sustainable development of the companies. However, improper management could lead to major safety accident. This paper analyzes the concept, objective and present situation of management of change and puts forward some effective measures for the management of change for chemical process in hope of providing some reference for the safety management in production of chemical enterprises.
