摘要
塔河油田奥陶系缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏因埋藏深、超稠、井深等原因导致抽稠泵工作环境恶劣,抽油机井光杆断脱井数逐年增加,断脱后导致原油泄漏、硫化氢逸散等,存在较大的安全环保风险,同时也导致产量的损失。结合塔河油田机抽井的生产特点及现有的工艺技术,通过防喷装置及材质的优选,最终研制出适用于塔河油田的光杆断脱防喷器。实践证明:光杆断脱防喷器可有效控制井口,降低安全风险和环境污染。
Tahe oilfield Ordovician seam hole type carbonate oil reservoir has deep well with deep depth of burial ultra-thick oil, which results in bad working environment for the thick pump and increasing number of rod-pumped wells with polished rod dropout year by year. And the dropout leads to crude oil leakage and hydrogen sulfide dissipation. So there are larger risks in safety and environmental protection and this leads to loss of production. Combining with the production characteristics of Tahe oilfield pumping well and the existing technologies, blowout preventer for polished rod applicable to Tahe oilfield is eventually developed through the optimization of blowout preventer and material selection. After use, it effectively controls the wellhead after breaking off, which reduces safety risks and contaminated area.
