摘要
简要介绍了湿式静电除雾器的工作原理,以及在镇海炼化Ⅱ催化装置的应用效果。湿式静电除雾器单独运行,烟气线速在2 m/s时消除再生烟气有色烟羽的效果不佳,烟气中硫酸雾浓度约51.8 mg/m^3,在与三效助剂配合使用时,烟气中硫酸雾浓度下降至24.5 mg/m^3,有色烟羽消除。对静电除雾器运行过程中存在的问题及原因进行了分析,提出了技术改进方案。实践证明:经技术改进后,湿式静电除雾器、烟气脱硫单元综合塔运行周期显著增加。
This paper introduces the working principle of the wet electrostatic mist eliminator and its application effect on the Ⅱ catalytic cracking unit in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company. The effect of wet electrostatic mist eliminator on eliminating the color plume of recycled flue gas is not good when the wet electrostatic mist eliminator operates alone and the line speed of flue gas is 2 m/s;the sulfuric acid fog concentration in flue gas is approximately 51.8 mg/m^3. When used in combination with tri-functional additive, the concentration of sulfuric acid in the flue gas plume is reduced to 24.5 mg/m^3 and the colored plume can be eliminated. The paper analyzes the problems and causes in the operation of electrostatic mist eliminator and puts forward the technical improvement scheme. It is proved that the operation cycle of wet electrostatic mist eliminator and flue gas desulphurization unit synthetic tower increases significantly after technical improvement.
