摘要
介绍了某石化公司作业部在大检修过程中的安全管理工作。在查阅和总结以往大检修的经验时发现,运用科学的理论和提早的准备完全可以识别隐患和减少违章,实现安全的大检修。经过分析最终选取木桶理论作为此次大检修的科学依据。通过运用木桶理论,从承包商教育、落实防范措施、作业票证和现场监管等方面抓住重点,查找薄弱环节,持续改进消除短板,确保了大检修工作的顺利进行。
This paper introduces the operation department’s safety management work of a petrochemical company during the overhaul process.In reviewing and summarizing the previous overhaul experience,it is found out that through adopting scientific theory and early preparation,the hidden dangers can be identified and violation can be reduced.Thus,safe overhaul can be achieved.After analysis,the barrel theory is selected as the scientific basis of this overhaul.By using the barrel theory and focusing on contractor education,implementation of preventive measures,work permit,on-site supervision and other aspects,the weak links are found out and the shortcomings are continuously improved and eliminated.Thus the overhaul work can be done smoothly.
