摘要
目的探讨影响乳腺癌患者术后引流时间的因素。方法将400例乳腺癌患者根据可能影响因素进行分组分析。结果中青年组引流时间要短于老年组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.926,P<0.01);肥胖组引流时间显著长于非肥胖组患者(t=5.467,P<0.01);高血压组引流时间比无高血压组要长,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.92,P<0.01);糖尿病组引流时间显著长于无糖尿病组(t=5.151,P<0.01)。结论年龄、BMI、高血压、糖尿病均是乳腺癌患者术后引流时间的重要影响因素。
Objective To analyze the influential factors of drainage time after surgery of breast cancer .Methods 400 cases of breast cancer patients were grouped according to factors that may affect the analysis .Results The time of drainage in the young group was lower than that of the elderly group .The time of drainage in the obese group was longer than that of the non-obese group.The time of drainage in the group with complications such as Hypertension and diabetes was longer than that that of group without complications.Conclusion Age,BMI,hypertension and diabetes are important influence factors of drainage time after surgery of breast cancer .
