摘要
目的探讨BC369对鼠源肾癌(REN-ca)的抑瘤效果。方法采用小鼠移植性实体瘤的药效学实验方法。结果 BC369对鼠源肾癌(REN-ca)的肿瘤抑制率为(84.17±2.91)%,P<0.001。结论 BC369对鼠源肾癌(REN-ca)有非常显著的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect of BC 369 on murine renal cell carcinoma ( Ren-Ca) .Methods The pharmacodynamic experimental methods of the mice transplanted solid tumor .Results The tumor inhibition rate of BC 369 on murine renal cell carcinoma (Ren-Ca) was (84.17 ±2.91)%,P<0.001.Conclusion BC369 has a very significant therapeu-tic effect on murine renal cell carcinoma (Ren-Ca).
