Smad4及P21WAF1/CIP1在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨卵巢上皮良性肿瘤、卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤和卵巢上皮癌组织中Smad4蛋白及P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白的表达及两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学Eli Vision方法,检测24例卵巢上皮良性肿瘤、22例卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤和43例卵巢上皮癌组织中Smad4蛋白及P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达情况。结果 Smad4蛋白在三组中阳性表达率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),Smad4蛋白表达与卵巢上皮癌临床病理参数无关。P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白阳性表达率卵巢上皮良性肿瘤与卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤组织比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);但卵巢上皮癌组织中其阳性表达率却显著低于卵巢上皮良性肿瘤及卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤组织,且P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达随着恶性肿瘤临床分期及病理分化的升高而下降,而与卵巢上皮癌组织学类型及有无淋巴结转移等病理特征无关;在卵巢上皮癌组织中,Smad4蛋白与P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达无明显相关性(γs=0.099,P>0.05)。结论 Smad4蛋白表达或缺失与卵巢上皮肿瘤的发展无关,而P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白的缺失与卵巢上皮癌的发展关系密切;在卵巢上皮癌中P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白的表达或缺失不受Smad4蛋白的调控。 Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of Smad 4 and P21WAF1/CIP1 in benign epithelial ovari-an tumors and borderline epithelial ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer .Methods The expression of Smad 4 and P21WAF1/CIP1 in 24 benign epithelial ovarian tumor tissues ,22 borderline epithelial ovarian tumor tissues and 43 epithelial ovarian cancer tissues were detected by Elivision immunohistochemical method .Results The positive expression of Smad4,sin the 3 groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Smad4 protein was not related with clinical patho-logical parameters of epithelial ovarian cancer (P>0.05).The positive expression rate of P21WAF1/CIP1 protein was not corre-lated with the benign epithelial ovarian tumor group and the borderline epithelial ovarian tumor group (P>0.05).But the positive expression rate of P21WAF1/CIP1 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer group was lower than that of borderline epithelial ovarian tumor group and the benign epithelial ovarian tumor group .The later the clinical stage,the lower the P21WAF1/CIP1 positive rate.The posi-tive expression rate of P21WAF1/CIP1 was higher in the well-differentiated epithelial ovarian cancer than that of the poorly differentia-ted epithelial ovarian cancer .But it was related with different tumor histologic types and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).In ep-ithelial ovarian cancer,Smad4 protein and P21WAF1/CIP1 protein expression was not related (γs =0.099,P>0.05).Conclusion The absence or expression of Smad 4 protein is not related to the canceration of ovarian epithelium cancer , while the absence of P21WAF1/CIP1 is closely related with the malignant progression of ovarian epithelium cancer .In ovarian epithelial cancer ,the expres-sion or absence of P21WAF1/CIP1 protein is out the control of Smad4 protein.
