榄香烯乳与丝裂霉素预防浅表性膀胱肿瘤复发有效性的meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the Elemene and Mitomycin C in Preventing Recurrence of Superficial Bladder Cancer

目的系统评价榄香烯乳与丝裂霉素预防表浅性膀胱癌术后复发的临床疗效和不良反应。方法运用Cochrane系统评价的方法,采用计算机检索PUBMED、Cochrane图书馆、CNKI、万方数据库等文献资料库。纳入榄香烯乳与丝裂霉素膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱肿瘤复发有效性的随机对照试验。结果共纳入3个符合要求的RCT研究,共337例患者;根据随机方法、分配隐藏、盲法、失访、意向性分析和基线情况的描述对纳入研究进行质量评价,结果质量均为B级。Meta分析结果显示:浅表性膀胱癌术后2周单独灌注榄香烯乳膀胱癌复发率与单独灌注丝裂霉素相比,OR=0.30,差异有统计学意义;随访期间不良反应发生率灌注榄香烯乳与灌注丝裂霉素比较,OR=0.18,差异有统计学意义。结论浅表性膀胱癌术后灌注榄香烯乳与灌注丝裂霉素相比,能更好地预防膀胱癌的复发,不良反应较小。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Elemene and Mitomycin C in preventing recur -rence of superficial bladder cancer .Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were identified from PubMed、EMbase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI and WANFANG,and the Cochrane Collaboration’s Revman5.1 software was used for statistical analysis. Results 3 studies involving 337 patients were included .In term of randomization ,allocation concealment and blinding ,patients quit or lost,intent-to-treat(ITT)analysis,and group baseline,all the studies were graded B.Meta-analyses showed that there was significant difference in recurrence rate between Elemene bladder irrigation and mitomycin C (OR=0.30,P<0.05).Conclusion Bladder irrigation of Elemene is better than mitomycin C in preventing recurrence of bladder tumor with less side effects .
