参苓白术散联合西药治疗胃癌的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Shenlinbaizhu Powder Combined with Western Medicine for Gastric Cancer

目的观察参苓白术散联合西药治疗胃癌的临床效果。方法将90例胃癌患者按照随机数字表法分组为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用奥沙利铂静脉滴注2 h,130 mg/m2,d1;亚叶酸钙注射液,剂量为300 mg/m2,连续使用5d,在氟尿嘧啶前使用;5-氟尿嘧啶500 mg/m2,静脉注射,d1~5。治疗组:在对照组治疗基础上加用参苓白术散治疗。观察2组的临床疗效和生存质量及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组有效率为62.22%(28/45),明显高于对照组37.78%(17/45)(χ2=5.37,P<0.05);治疗组KPS评分为(94.57±4.15)分,明显高于对照组(86.98±3.64)分(t=3.120,P=0.021<0.05);治疗组不良反应率为28.89%(13/45),明显低于对照组44.44%(20/45)(χ2=10.02,P<0.05)。结论相比单纯西药治疗来说,采用参苓白术散联合西药治疗胃癌,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生,同时提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shenlinbaizhu powder combined with western medicine for treatment of patients with gastric cancer .Methods 90 gastric cancer patients were divided into the control group and the treat-ment group according to random number table .The control group received intravenous drip of oxaliplatin for 2 h,130 mg/m2 ,d1;Folic acid and calcium injection ,dose of 300 mg per square metre ,continuous use 5 d,before the use of fluorouracil ,5-fluoroura-cil,500 mg/m2 ,intravenous injection ,d1 ~5 .The treatment group received shenlinbaizhu powder on the basis of the control group . Clinical efficacy,life quality and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were observed.Results After treatment,effective rate of the treatment group was 62.22%(28/45),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 37.78% (17/45) (χ2 =5.37,P<0.05);KPS score of the treatment group was (94.57 ±4.15) which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.98 ±3.64) (t=3.120,P=0.021<0.05);adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 28.89%(13/45),sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group 44.44%(20/45) (χ2 =10.02,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the pure western medicine treatment ,shenlinbaizhu powder combined with western medicine for gastric cancer can effectively improve the patients''clinical symptoms,efficacy,and quality of life,and it can reduce adverse reactions .
