摘要 目的探讨信号通路蛋白Akt1、ERK1/2与HIF-1α在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法(Envision二步法),检测100例肺癌Akt1、ERK1/2和HIF-1α蛋白表达情况。结果 Akt1、ERK1/2及HIF-1α蛋白在肺癌组织中均呈不同程度表达,其阳性表达率分别为63.00%、68.00%和52.00%;Akt1与HIF-1α表达具有明显相关性(γ=0.673,P=0.000),ERK1/2与HIF-1α表达亦具有明显相关性(γ=0.568,P=0.000);Akt1、ERK1/2和HIF-1α表达均与肺癌分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.01)。结论 Akt1、ERK1/2和HIF-1α在肺癌中均呈高水平表达,Akt1、ERK1/2与HIF-1α表达具有明显相关性,三者均与肺癌分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关,三者联合检测对肺癌诊断、治疗及预后具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of signal pathway protein Akt 1、ERK1/2 and HIF-1αin lung cancer tissues and their clinical significance .Methods Expression of Akt1、ERK1/2 and HIF-1αin 100 cases of lung cancer were de-tected by Envision two-step immunohistochemical method .Results Akt1、ERK1/2 and HIF-1αwere all found expressed in lung cancer tissues and the positive expression rates were 63.00%,68.00%and 52.00%,respectively;There was significant correla-tion between expression of Akt1 and HIF-1α(γ=0.673,P=0.000),and there was significant correlation between expression of ERK1/2 and HIF-1α(γ=0.568,P=0.000);The expression of Akt1、ERK1/2 and HIF-1αwere correlated with differentiation degree,lymphatic metastasis and TNM staging (P<0.01).Conclusion High expression of Akt1、ERK1/2 and HIF-1αin lung cancer tissue is observed .Akt1、ERK1/2 and HIF-1αare closely correlated ,and they are all correlated with differentiation degree , lymphatic metastasis and TNM staging .Combined detection of Akt1、ERK1/2 and HIF-1αis of vital significance for diagnosis , treatment and prognosis of lung cancer .
