艾迪注射液联合顺铂、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗胃癌的疗效观察

Observation of Addie Injection Combined with Cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨艾迪注射液联合顺铂、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗胃癌的临床疗效。方法将58例胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。对照组采用顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶的化疗方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组化疗方案的基础上,加用艾迪注射液静脉滴注。以21 d为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后对比2组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。同时检测2组患者治疗前后的CD4、CD8水平,对比2组患者的CD4/CD8比值。结果观察组的总有效率为44.83%,对照组的总有效率为37.93%,2组总有效率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组口腔溃疡的发生率为6.90%,腹泻的发生率为13.79%,均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD4/CD8比值为(1.29±0.03),和治疗前对比,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后的CD4/CD8比值为(1.13±0.03),显著低于治疗前,且低于观察组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合顺铂、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗胃癌可调节患者的免疫功能,降低化疗不良反应的发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of addie injection combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods 58 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 29 cases. The control group was treated with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil,the observation group was treated with Addie injection on the base of the control group. Taking 21 d for 1 cycle,2 cycles for 1 course,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the 2 groups were compared after 1 course of treatment. The concentration and ratio of CD4,CD8,CD4 / CD8 were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 44. 83%,while in the control group was 37. 93%,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05); The oral ulcer incidence rate in the observation group was 6. 90%,and the incidence of diarrhea was 13. 79%,which were significantly lower than those of the control group( all P < 0. 05); The ratio of CD4 / CD8 in the observation group after treatment was( 1. 29 ± 0. 03),compared with those before the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05),The ratio of CD4 / CD8 in the control group after treatment was( 1. 13 ± 0. 03),which was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the observation group after the treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Addie injection combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of gastric cancer can regulate the immune function of patients,reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy,it is worthy of popularization and application.
