摘要
目的探讨全麻复合硬膜外麻醉对肺癌根治术患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将行肺癌根治术的70例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组:采用全身麻醉。观察组:采用全麻复合硬膜外麻醉。结果观察组恢复自主呼吸时间、轻呼睁眼时间、拔管时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后第1天,2组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞水平明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后第1天,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第7天,2组NK细胞水平明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后第7天,观察组NK细胞水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全麻联合硬膜外麻醉对于行肺癌根治术患者,具有细胞免疫功能影响较小,术后恢复快等特点。
Objective To study the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on cellular immune function in lung cancer patients treated with radical operation. Methods 70 cases of lung cancer treated with radical operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each. The control group received general anesthesia. The observation group received general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. Results Restoration of spontaneous breathing time,light shout opening time,extubation time in the observation group were better than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 01). 1 day after operation,1D,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/ CD8+,NK cell level of the 2 groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). 1 day after operation,1D,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/ CD8+,NK cell level of the observation group were higher than that those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). 7 days after the operation,NK cell level of the 2 groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). 7 days after the operation,NK cells of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for lung cancer patients treated with radical operation,has less effect on cell immune function and quick recovery after operation.
