摘要
目的探讨癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1)对大肠癌浸润转移的影响。方法 60例大肠癌患者根据局部有无淋巴结转移情况分为淋巴结远处转移组和无淋巴结转移组,每组各30例。另选正常大肠粘膜40例为健康对照组,采用ELISA和免疫组学法分别检测血清中s ICAM-1水平和肿瘤组织中CEACAM1的表达。结果大肠癌中CEACAM1的表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);大肠癌患者血清中s ICAM-1的水平明显高于健康对照组,比较结果差异显著(P<0.01),大肠癌中有淋巴结远处转移的患者血清中s ICAM-1的水平明显高于无转移者(P<0.05)。结论 CEACAM1是防治大肠癌及其浸润转移的有效靶点,与大肠癌淋巴转移显著相关,检测血清s ICAM-1的水平能够有效预测肿瘤的转移情况。
Objective To study the effects of carcinoembryonic antigen related to cell adhesion molecule 1( CEACAM1)on colorectal cancer metastasis. Methods 60 cases of colorectal cancer were divided into distant lymph node metastasis group and no lymph node metastasis group according to the local presence of lymph node metastasis,30 cases in each group. 40 cases of normal colon mucosa was the healthy control,serum s ICAM-1 level and CEACAM1 expression in tumor tissues were detected by ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of CEACAM1 in colorectal cancer was associated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05); serum s ICAM-1 level in colorectal cancer was obviously higher than that of the healthy controls,there had significant difference( P < 0. 01),serum s ICAM-1 level in colorectal cancer patients with distant metastasis lymph node was obviously higher than those without metastasis( P < 0. 05). Conclusion CEACAM1 is an effective target for prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer and its metastasis,it is significantly associated with colorectal cancer lymph node metastases. Detection of serum s ICAM-1 level can effectively predict the tumor metastasis.
