加速康复外科理念在食管癌患者围手术期的应用价值

Application Value of FTS in Perioperative Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨加速康复外科理念在食管癌患者围手术期的应用价值。方法按照入院时间顺序将100例食管癌患者随机分为实验组(n=50)(采用加速康复方案)与对照组(n=50)(采用传统治疗方案)。通过观察2组患者术后胃肠道功能恢复情况、并发症发生率及住院费用,并通过检测手术前1天、术后第1天、第7天2组患者的营养指标及免疫指标,对加速康复外科理念在食管癌患者围手术期的应用进行探讨。结果与传统治疗方案相比,加速康复外科处理措施可以促进胃肠功能恢复,术后首次排气时间明显提前(P<0.05);术后第7天的营养指标(血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白)明显高于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组,2组对比,差异均有统计学意义。结论加速康复外科方案在食管癌患者围手术期的应用效果较传统治疗方案好,可应用于临床。

Objective To explore the application value of fast track surgery(FTS) in perioperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods In accordance with the chronological order of admission,100 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 50)(FTS) and the control group(n = 50)(traditional treatment).Postoperative gastrointestinal function,incidence of complications and hospital costs of the 2 groups were observed,and nutritional indicators and immune parameters of the 2 groups 1 day before operation,1 day and 7 days after operation were detected,the application value of FTS in perioperative patients with esophageal cancer were analyzed.Results Compared with conventional treatment,FTS could improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and first passage of flatus was early(P < 0.05); nutrition indicators(serum total protein,albumin,pre-albumin,transferrin) 7 days after operation were significantly higher than that of the control group,hospital costs were significantly lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences between the 2 groups.Conclusion FTS for esophageal cancer in perioperative period is more effective than traditional treatment,and it can be used clinically.
