血浆FIB对胃癌的诊断效果

Plasma FIB in the Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer

目的研究血浆FIB对胃癌的诊断效果。方法回顾性分析接受治疗的胃癌患者100例(A组)和同期良性胃肿瘤患者100例(B组)及同期身体健康人群100例(C组)。对比分析3组患者的血浆FIB水平以及不同分类下胃癌患者的血浆FIB水平。结果相对B、C组患者,A组患者血浆FIB浓度显著升高,P<0.05说明差异具有统计学意义。在临床分期方面,相对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者的血浆FIB水平显著升高;在淋巴结转移方面,相对无转移患者,有淋巴结转移患者的血浆FIB水平显著升高;在远处转移方面,相对无转移患者,有远处转移患者的血浆FIB水平显著升高,P均<0.05,说明差异具有统计学意义。结论血浆FIB水平与胃癌临床分期及转移有很大的关系,可以作为胃癌患者临床诊断的一项重要指标。

Objective To study the effect of plasma FIB in in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with gastric cancer( A group),100 patients with benign gastric tumor( B group) and 100 cases of healthy patients( C group) were conducted. Comparative analysis of the levels of plasma FIB in the 3 groups as well as different plasma FIB levels in patients with gastric cancer were conducted. Results Compared with B group and C group,the plasma concentration of FIB in A group increased significantly,P < 0. 05,there had significant difference. In the clinical staging,compared with stageⅠ,Ⅱ patients,plasma FIB level in stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ patients significantly increased; in the lymph node metastasis and non-metastatic patients,the plasma FIB level in patients with lymph node metastasis significantly increased; in the distant metastasis and non-metastatic patients,the plasma FIB level in patients with distant metastasis significantly increased,P < 0. 05,there had significant difference. Conclusion The level of plasma FIB and the clinical staging and metastasis has close relation,and it can be used as an important index for clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer.
