微创手术治疗卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的效果观察

Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Patients with Ovarian Torsion

目的探讨卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转患者的微创手术效果。方法回顾性分析27例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转患者的临床特征和术后效果。分析的结果变量包括分期和病发灶,手术方式,手术时间,术中出血量,住院时间,激素水平,并发症及复发情况。结果中位手术时间为188 min。中位数估计失血量为150 ml,并且平均住院天数为4天。96.2%的患者手术成功。无术中并发症,术后并发症1例。中位随访期为14个月。结论腹腔镜微创能够快速准确治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转,创伤小且恢复快,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery for patients with ovarian torsion. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data and surgical effect of 27 cases of ovarian torsion were conducted. Outcome variables analyzed included staging,disease foci,surgical approach,operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,hormone level,complications and recurrence. Results The median operative time was 188 min. Median estimated blood loss was 150 ml,and the average hospital stay was 4 days. 96. 2% of patients received successful surgery. No intraoperative complications,postoperative complications 1case. The median follow-up period was 14 months. Conclusion Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery for ovarian torsion is effective with small trauma and faster recovery,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
