摘要
目的分析乳腺小肿瘤二维及彩色多普勒超声显像特征,以提高诊断乳腺肿瘤的正确率。方法采用彩色多普勒超声对118例乳腺肿瘤进行检查,分析超声图像特征,并与病理学结果进行比较。结果二维彩超诊断乳腺小肿瘤准确率为86.44%(102/118)。乳腺癌造影剂始增时间、达峰时间明显短于良性肿瘤组(8.45±0.21 vs 10.42±3.22,15.42±0.59 vs 20.61±4.53)s,明显减退时间明显长于良性肿瘤组(64.25±15.68 vs 53.03±13.52)s,峰值强度明显高于良性肿瘤组(51.59±3.29 vs 11.02±5.72)d B。结论乳腺小肿瘤二维及彩色多普勒超声表现具有特征性,有助于提高乳腺小肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
Objective To study the image characteristics of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound for small breast tumors,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods 118 cases of breast tumors received color doppler ultrasound,image characteristics were analyzed and compared with pathology results. Results Accuracy of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound for small breast tumors was 86. 44%( 102 /118). Start time and peak time of contrast agents in breast cancer group were obviously shorter than those of the benign tumor group( 8. 45 ± 0. 21 vs. 10. 42 ± 3. 22,0. 21 ± 0. 59 vs.20. 61 ± 4. 53) s,decrease time of contrast agents in breast cancer group was significantly longer than that of the benign tumor group( 64. 25 ± 15. 68 vs. 53. 03 ± 13. 52) s,the peak intensity of contrast agents in breast cancer group was obviously higher than that of the benign tumor group( 51. 59 ± 3. 29 vs. 11. 02 ± 5. 72 d B). Conclusion Two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound for small breast tumors has characteristic,and can improve the differential diagnosis of small breast tumors.
