摘要
目的探讨老年胃癌患者术后并发症的发生情况。方法选取80例老年胃癌手术患者为研究对象,对其术后并发症发生情况进行分析。结果肺部感染发生率为11.25%,胸腔积液发生率为5.00%,切口感染3.75%,吻合口瘘1.25%,吻合口梗阻2.50%,营养不良2.50%,心律失常1.25%。肺部感染发生率和其他并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年胃癌患者术后并发症发生较常见,积极采取措施能有效降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods Postoperative complications in 80 elderly patients with gastric cancer were to analyzed. Results The incidence rate of pulmonary infection was 11. 25%,the incidence rate of pleural effusion was 5. 00%,incision infection was 3. 75%,anastomotic fistula was 1. 25%,anastomotic obstruction was 2. 50%,malnutrition was 2. 50%,arrhythmia was 1. 25%,there had statistical significance in the incidence rate of pulmonary infection and other complications( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer is common,active measures can effectively reduce the complications.
