摘要
目的观察芪胶升白胶囊对恶性消化道肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制及免疫状态的影响。方法将140例患者随机编为两组,治疗组(化疗+芪胶升白胶囊),72例;对照组(单纯化疗组)68例。比较化疗前后两组患者生活质量、骨髓抑制、血淋巴细胞百分比、血Th1和Th2类细胞因子表达水平。结果治疗组生活质量提高率37.5%,对照组20.6%,P<0.05;治疗组化疗后Ⅱ度以上骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组化疗后淋巴细胞百分含量及比值较对照组增高明显(P<0.05)。治疗后Th1类细胞因子表达水平状况分析,治疗组高于本组治疗前及对照组化疗后的表达水平(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组Th2类细胞因子的表达水平明显低于治疗前及对照组化疗后(P<0.05)。结论芪胶升白胶囊可提高患者生活质量,降低化疗所产生的骨髓毒性,起到改善患者细胞免疫状态的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Qijiaoshenbai capsule on bone marrow suppression and immune state of malignant gastrointestinal tumor after chemotherapy. Methods 140 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group( chemotherapy and Qijiaoshenbai capsules),72 cases; the control group( chemotherapy),68 cases. Living quality of patients,bone marrow suppression,the percentage of blood lymphocytes,and the expression levels of plasma Th1、Th2 type cytokines of the 2 groups before and after chemotherapy were compared. Results The improvement of living quality of the treatment group was 37. 5%,and 20. 6% in the control group,P < 0. 05; bone marrow suppression rate overⅡ degree in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after chemotherapy( P-values < 0. 05); the lymphocyte percentage and ratio of the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group after chemotherapy( P < 0. 05). The expression level of plasma Th1 type cytokines in the treatment group after treatment were higher than before treatment,and was higher than that of the control group after chemotherapy( P < 0. 05); The expression level of plasma Th2 type cytokines in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and was lower than that of the control group after chemotherapy( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qijiaoshenbai capsule can efficiently enhance the living quality of patients,reduce the toxicity of bone marrow after chemotherapy,and improve the cellular immune state of patients.
