胃癌采用双超声造影进行术前T分期的准确性分析

The Accuracy Analysis of Double Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography in the Preoperative T Staging of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨双超声造影对胃癌术前T分期的准确性。方法对60例胃癌患者于术前进行双超声造影检查及对T分期进行术前评估,并与术后病理结果对照。结果术后胃癌标本60个,均为单发癌,其中T1期3例,T2期14例,T3期35例,T4期8例。双超声造影术前T分期评估的准确率为88.3%,其中T1、T2、T3、T4期的准确率分别为66.7%、85.7%、91.4%、87.5%。结论双超声造影对胃癌术前T分期评估具有较高的准确率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the double contrast-enhanced ultrasound impact on the accuracy of the preoperative T staging of gastric cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer was conducted in the preoperative double contrastenhanced ultrasound examination and preoperative evaluation was carried out on the T stage,and compared with postoperative pathologic results. Results Postoperative gastric cancer specimens 60 cases were all single carcinoma,the T1 phase was 3 cases,T2 stage 14 cases,T3 stage 35 cases,T4 stage 8 cases. Double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography preoperative T staging evaluation accuracy was 88. 3%,of which the T1,T2,T3,T4 accuracy were 66. 7%,85. 7%,91. 4% and 85. 7%,respectively. Conclusion Double ultrasound imaging in the evaluation of the preoperative T staging of gastric cancer has high accuracy,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
