乳腺癌切除术后血清TSGF、CA153、CA199、CA125水平与其预后的关系

Analysis of Relationship between Serum TSGF,CA153,CA199 and CA125 Levels and Prognosis after Breast Cancer Resection

目的探究乳腺癌切除术后患者血清TSGF、CA153、CA199、CA125水平与预后的关系。方法选取行乳腺癌根治术的患者43例,所有患者术后均检测血清TSGF、CA153、CA199、CA125水平,并随访3年,按照随访期间是否发生肿瘤复发转移分为未复发转移组(n=20)与复发转移组(n=23)。结果复发转移组患者血清TSGF、CA153、CA199、CA125水平明显高于未复发转移组患者(P <0. 05),Spearman相关分析结果显示患者的血清TSGF、CA153、CA19-9、CA125水平与患者术后3年肿瘤复发转移均呈正相关(γ=-0. 847,-0. 878,-0. 825,-0. 862,P <0. 05); ROC曲线分析结果显示,患者术后血清TSGF、CA153、CA199、CA125水平联合检测预测患者术后3年发生肿瘤复发转移的敏感度与特异度高于其他单项检测,临床价值高。结论乳腺癌患者行切除术后的血清TSGF、CA153、CA199、CA125水平对患者术后肿瘤转移复发风险具有较高的预估价值,临床医生应对上述血清指标较高的患者采取进一步防治措施。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum TSGF,CA153,CA199 and CA125 levels and prognosis after resection of breast cancer. Methods Forty-three patients with concurrent radical mastectomy for breast cancer were selected in our hospital. All patients were examined for levels of serum TSGF,CA153,CA199 and CA125 postoperatively for 3 year. According to whether tumor recurrence and metastasis during follow-up were divided into non-recurrence group( n = 20) and recurrent metastasis group( n = 23). Results The levels of serum TSGF,CA153,CA199 and CA125 in patients with recurrent metastasis were significantly higher than those without recurrence( P < 0. 05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of TSGF,CA153,CA19-9 and CA125 were positively correlated with the incidence of tumor recurrence and metastasis 3 year after operation( γ =-0. 847,-0. 878,-0. 825,-0. 862,P < 0. 05);ROC curve analysis showed that the combination of TSGF,CA153,CA199 and CA125 levels in patients with postoperative serum tumor recurrence and metastasis sensitivity and specificity 3 year after surgery was higher than the other single test,that is highest clinical value. Conclusion The serum levels of TSGF,CA153,CA199 and CA125 after resection in patients with breast cancer have a high estimated value for the risk of tumor metastasis and recurrence after operation.
