The Detection and Significance of CEA,AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 in Serum of Elderly Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的研究老年结直肠癌患者血清内CEA、AFP、CA50、CA199和CA724的表达及意义。方法研究对象选取80例结直肠癌患者、30例结直肠良性疾病患者,对照组选取体检的50例健康志愿者。所有研究对象采用罗氏电化学发光免疫分析法测定血清内CEA、AFP、CA50、CA199和CA724水平。结果结直肠癌组患者血清CEA、AFP、CA50、CA199和CA724水平远高于对照组和结直肠良性疾病组(P <0. 05);对照组和结直肠良性疾病组患者血清CEA、AFP、CA50、CA199和CA724水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);结直肠癌Ⅰ～Ⅱ期组患者血清CEA、AFP、CA50、CA199和CA724水平显著低于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期组(P <0. 05)。联合检测血清CEA、AFP、CA50、CA199和CA724组的阳性率、特异性和敏感性显著高于单一指标检测组(P <0. 05)。结论联合检测老年结直肠癌患者血清内CEA、AFP、CA50、CA199和CA724水平,能够为结直肠癌的及早发现、诊断以及治疗提供有力支持,联合检测可提高早期结直肠癌临床诊断的灵敏度和准确率,对结直肠癌的早期发现具有重要的临床诊断意义。

Objective To study the detection and significance of CEA,AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 in serum of elderly patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer who visited the department of gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects,and 50 healthy volunteers who came to the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as control group. The serum levels of CEA,AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 were measured in all patients by Roche electrochemilu minescene immunoassay. Results the serum CEA,AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 levels of patients with rectal cancer were significantly higher than those of control group and colorectal benign disease group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum CEA,AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 between the control group and the colorectal benign disease group( P > 0. 05). Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ period patients serum CEA and AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 levels significantly below Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ period group( P < 0. 05);The positive rate,specificity and sensitivity of the combined serum CEA,AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 groups were significantly higher than that of the single indicator group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CEA in elderly patients with colorectal cancer,AFP,CA50,CA199 and CA724 levels,can for the early detection,diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer to provide strong support,joint detection can improve the improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the clinical diagnosis of early gastric cancer,early detection of gastric cancer has important clinical diagnostic significance.
